B. Support Request

Please leave a voice mail or visit our Support Portal at www.myvdh.com to open a ticket. Alternatively you can contact our customer service support via the following support channels:

Customer can email to support@vdomainhost.com.sg for support.  The system will assign the respective consultant to handle your ticket via email.

2. Livechat Support
Customer can make use of the livechat support button available at our Support Portal, www.myvdh.com to request for a livechat session.

3. Knowledge Base
Customer can visit the Knowledge Base at http://kb.myvdh,com and find our most frequently asked questions regarding your account.
